My Background
My path to VERICA wasn't a straight one. My professional life began in international business. As a young entrepreneur helping friends develop business between China and Poland, I first became interested in communication, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis.
What initially caught my attention as a way to understand communication and human behaviour gradually became something much more personal. I became fascinated by the subconscious mind and continued learning about hypnosis, including conversational hypnosis, while my curiosity gradually took me further into spirituality and, later, Reiki.
My professional journey later took me into corporate sales in Dublin. It was a very different environment, but one that strengthened skills I still value today: listening carefully, asking questions, communicating clearly, understanding different perspectives and connecting with people from different backgrounds.
Eventually, my own experiences led me to reconsider what I wanted my work to contribute to my life and to other people's lives. That journey ultimately became VERICA.

My work is supported by training in areas including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, hypnosis and Reiki, alongside the experience and perspective I've developed through applying and continuing to study these approaches.
I don't see completing a training as the point at which learning stops. These are fields I continue to explore and learn about, because there is always more to understand.

I take my work seriously, but that doesn't mean our sessions need to feel formal or clinical. I'm naturally direct, gentle, analytical and intuitive. I'm talkative, informal and I like humour. I can be calm and supportive while also challenging you when I think a different question or perspective could help you move forward.
You don't need to give me the answer you think I want to hear. You don't need to share my beliefs. And you don't need to arrive already knowing what kind of support or technique you need.
I don't believe in extremes. For me, being open to spirituality doesn't require rejecting science, and respecting scientific evidence doesn't require rejecting every spiritual experience or question.
Support You Can Take With You
My aim isn't to make you dependent on me or on any particular technique. I want our time together to give you something useful to take forward — whether that's greater clarity, a different perspective, a practical idea, something to explore for yourself or a clearer direction for what comes next.
